Critique of Hegel's Elements of the Philosophy of Right
Pretty much what the title says.
Enjoy, as I put an inordinate amount of my life into this.
I try not to remove writings once their up as I want a complete record of both the growth of my ideas and my abilities as a communicator.
Comment system is now up! Critique is always always invited especially critiques of me, my character, knowledge, actions everything.
I am still and will always be a stupid fool confidently guessing at the nature and order of our world. Thus is the struggle of those who venture to "passionately experience the weight and burden of existence" (BT)

A follow up on the philosophers death article but way more technical.
A presentation I did for Philosophy Class that I am including the link for here.
Inspired by something James Porter said in class. Try to argue that it's not important. If you don't care about that just skip to the end and read the list it's very fun.
I want to apologise again for the jargon and maybe the unfamiliar mathematical/logical notation. I think this an interesting way of valuing people, as thanks to Kant we value freedom so much.
After righting about compatiblism for a while I reread the groundwork and thought I should write this up just in case anyone was lost on the answer for ethics. Sorry in advance for the jargon, it is Kant in fairness :)

Introducing cult of done, rant about self fulfilling nature of productivism, long exposition on the self action and identity spectra. Conclusion of introducing the idea grave yard at the bottom of the page.
Cultural relativism makes no sense, but then why is it so common? I think the answer is subjective realism, which I don't know if is a new term I made up but is probably my favourite piece of writing in a long time.

Is masculinity, meaning assertive and otherwise traditionally masculine attributes (in a Western Context) necessary to flourish under capitalism. To put it another way beyond Marx's one page mentioning that the 'second sex' is the original exploited class for the culture created to suppress them into the labour of child bearing, does modern neoliberal capitalism enforce the same same sexist ethic?

Write up a utilitarian argument against closed source software, as well as a deontological argument. I have been thinking about this for years now and probably have the tools to, but have not gotten around to it because every argument ends up being a critique of private property. It is possible that I can avoid critical theory (it is not a very popular thesis as it is quite sad) if I just focus on ancient and modern philosophy, no time tho

Was grazing reddit and once again checked https://www.reddit.com/best/communities/1/, I want to do something for this for analysis of the western conciousness. Obs this ⊆ of humanity so not the picture of the popular will of humanity, but reddit is kinda the last bastin of human connection online (obs half the shit is fake) and looking at them we could extract a metaphysical picture of interest (will kinda).

Use NLP to isolate and code what is authentical Socrates, Plato and Xenophon (and technically Aristophanes but it was a satire) are the only living records we have of Socrates. Plato's philosophy is distinct from Socrates and using him as he used him as a character, much like Aristophanes, in his late works we can not tell when we stop getting a true depiction of Socrates. Someone should use some NLP to dissect Xenophon and Plato's writings on Aristotle to attempt the saying of Socrates
